Slow Cooker Roast and Gravy



Slow Cooker Roast and Gravy...this recipe has been altered from an internet search for a recipe.

 
 
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can condensed beef broth
1 envelope dry onion or mushroom soup mix

2-4lb eye of round roast, trimmed

2 tbs all purpose flour
1tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 gallon bags

2 tbs veg oil

To Freeze:
1-      Stir first set of ingredients (place in bag to freeze) in slow cooker on low
2-      Mix second set of ingredients and sprinkle on roast
3-      Brown roast in veg. oil on all sides then put in bag (I skipped this step).
4-      Freeze
To cook, thaw first
5-      Put all in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
6-      To serve, whisk gravy, serve over roast with any side.
