Poppy Seed Chicken



Poppy Seed Chicken...First saw this recipe on the Tony Show from Melissa Joan Hart and I edited it slightly to our family preferences.



6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces (3 cups)
½ tsp salt
2 tbs butter
(Boil above)

Mix next 3 ingredients
2 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2 c chicken broth
Foil container x 2
Mix all of the ingredients above together in dish.

Melt 5tbs butter and 1 tbs poppy seeds and 1 packet of ritz crackers.  Place in zip lock bag. Quart Baggie x 2

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes if chicken is already cooked (if not then bake until done), top with crackers for an additional 15 minutes.
