Macaroni and Cheese



Macaroni & Cheese...Good Housekeeping Cookbook Recipe



16oz elbow noodles

8tbs butter

1-1/3 c plain bread crumbs

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp salt

Pepper

2 tbs flour

4 c shredded cheddar cheese

1-1/2 c milk

1 block cheddar cheese sharp

2 foil containers

2 sandwich bags



1-        cook noodles

2-       melt butter (3 tbs, mix bread crumbs

3-       melt rest of butter Mix next 4 ingredients

4-      Add milk and continuously stir until thickened

5-      Remove from heat, add shredded cheese until melted



Bake 350 until golden brown or bubbling cheesed.  To freeze keep bread crumb mixture in baggie and top when food has about 20-25 minutes left
