Lazy Lasagna...another old internet recipe
1 lb ground beef
1 sm chopped onion
1 tsp oregano leaves
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cans tomato soup
1.5 can water
4 c bowtie pasta or corkscrew pasta
1 c shredded mozz cheese
2 foil containers
1- Cook
ground beef with onions and oregano leaves
2- Top
with Ricotta cheese
3- Mix
in next 3 ingredients to make sure pasta is covered with liquid to cook
4- Keep
cheese in separate bag to top after noodles are cooked
Put in dishes to serve and freeze, cook at 350 until noodles
are cooked, top with cheese and cook till cheese is melted. Serve.
