Shepherd's Pie



Shepherd’s Pie...I am not sure where I got the original recipe, but I've adapted it to my family preferences



2 lb Lean Ground Beef
2 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 can Green beans or bag of frozen green beans and corn
Mashed potatoes
2 Foil containers

*Cook ground beef until no longer pink in frying pan
*Place beef in the bottom of a casserole dish sprayed with Pam
*Add green beans (drained if canned) on top of beef/turkey.
*Add cream of mushroom soup on top of green beans. Spread over green beans evenly.
*Top with mashed potatoes
Freeze

Bake at 350 until heated through, appx. 30 minutes if thawed, potatoes will be brown at edges.
