Ingredients:
1 chopped onion
2tbs butter
46oz Tomato Juice
2 cans beef bullion soup
1/2tsp garlic powder
1 Bay Leaf
1-2tbs Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Sautee onion in butter until soft
Add remaining ingredients, stir, bring to a boil and then turn it down to low
Let simmer at least 30 minutes
Remove bay leave before serving
**May want to add cheese and chopped parsley on top before serving
