Egg and Ham Roll

Egg and Ham Roll...This recipe came from Pampered Chef, with some adjustments

Ingredients:
A.
4oz cream cheese
3/4c milk
2tbs flour
1/4tsp salk
12 eggs

B.
8oz diced ham
6oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
2tbs dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 375
Mix A ingredients
Cook mix on wax paper on a cookie sheet

Spread B on cooked eggs
Roll the egg mixture and let sit before serving
