Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese

Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese...this recipe came from Kraft Magazine

Ingredients:
1/2c Ranch Dressing
1/2c Shredded Italian Style 5 Cheese blend
1/4c Bacon chunks (raw)
2lb Red potatoes quartered
1tbs chopped parsley

Directions
1. Cook potatoes until tender
2. pre-heat oven to 350
3. mix dressing, cheese, and bacon with potatoes, sprinkle with parsley
4. bake 30 minutes until cheese is melted
