Stuffing Balls

Stuffing Balls...I have no idea where this recipe originated, but I've adjusted it based upon what works for our family. 



Ingredients:
1lb Butter
1/2c onion
1/3c celery
2 bags of bread cubes (or 1.5 king size bread bag, with bread torn/cubed)
8 eggs
1/2c milk
Dash Majorium
Poultry broth to season

Directions: Simmer butter and onions for 10 minutes
Mix remaining ingredients
Form Balls
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes until lightly brown
Makes about 26 balls
