Ingredients:
1pkg refrigerated pizza dough
2c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 c fresh Parmesan grated cheese
2tbs fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil leaves
2/3 c mayo
1 pressed garlic clove
4 plum tomatoes, sliced thin
Directions: Preheat oven to 375
Roll pizza dough on floured 12 X 15 pan (baking stone works great too)
Sprinkle 1 c of cheese on crust
place sliced tomatoes over the cheese
combine basil, parmesan, mayo and remaining mozzarella.
Place mixture over tomatoes and spread evenly
Bake 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown
serve warm
